I have over 19 years of nursing experience covering a wide variety of nursing and clinical specialities. This has equipped me to develop skills as a competent, caring practitioner whilst appreciating the importance of holistic care and support.
I have personally experienced the benefits of reflexology and have been amazed at how the reflex areas in the feet correspond to different parts of the body.
My first session as a client was certainly an eye- opener for me- my ailment was pinpointed almost immediately during a treatment, without previous disclosure or any visible signs being apparent.
This introductory experience led me to research the therapy further, opening up a whole new way of treating / preventing illness,whilst also being able to give more time to each client in order for them to achieve improved health and homeostasis.
My training was conducted with the International Institute of Reflexology, an accredited 1 year Diploma course, recognised by Professional Bodies including the Reflexology Forum and the Association of Reflexology.
